Joe has been tattooing for over twenty-five years.  He specializes in realism and portraiture. In his tattoo room, you'll find all sorts of eclectic items that he has collected over the years through travel & from generous clients. Known for his honesty and backed by his experience, he stands by his work and professional opinion to not let you leave with a future regret. Joe has worked closely with state officials for the development of the MA Tattoo Skin Course he teaches and is an advocate for tattoo regulation.
