- Keep
bandaged for 1.5 -2 hours
- Wash with
antibacterial soap from a pump
- Rinse with
cold water
- Gently pat
dry
- Let air dry for 5-10 minutes before applying Heal Deal Salve®
- Do use any
ointments or lotions that contain petroleum or lanolin
- Do not re-bandage
- After three weeks, use Tattoo ColorGuard® for UV protection and color rejuvenation.
Additional
tips to healing your
tattoo well:
Keep away from pets
No swimming pool, hot tubs etc.
Tanning will destroy your new tattoo
Using clean sheets will also help

Your body piercing should be cleaned
twice daily.
A mild antimicrobial soap should be diluted
in water used to clean the piercing. Be sure to rotate the jewelry
during cleaning Rinse the area completely to make sure all
the soap has been removed. Then dry the area by patting it with a clean
disposable towel Remember your piercing is the same as an
open wound and your hands should be washed completely to avoid any
cross contamination which could lead to an infection
The same care should be taken for an oral
piercing (lip and cheek) on the exterior of your mouth only. For the
interior of your piercing (lip, cheek, tongue) a nonalcoholic
antiseptic mouth wash should be used every time after you eat drink or
smoke
